2 oz Dhōs Gin Free
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 oz Honey Syrup**
3-4 raspberries for garnish & muddling
Notes: This recipe provides a well balanced sweet and tart drink that resembles the flavor profile of the classic SweeTART candy. It can be easily customized to fit any palette. For tart lovers, simply increase the lemon juice to 1 oz. If a sweeter drink is preferred, increase raspberry syrup to 1 oz. It is best to keep the spirit and honey syrup at traditional 2/1 amounts. Always use fresh juice whenever possible as shelf stable juice often contains preservatives that may alter the taste of your cocktail.
**To make your own honey syrup at home, simply combine 1 part hot water to 1 part honey. Stir until fully dissolved. Homemade honey syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
1.) Pour Dhōs Gin Free, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, & honey syrup into a shaker. Add 1/2 cup of ice and shake vigorously.
2). Muddle 3 raspberries in the bottom of a coupe glass.
3). Strain cocktail into coupe glass & garnish with a raspberry.
