How We Make It: Clean Craft, No Corners Cut
Step 1: Botanical Selection
It starts with the highest quality ingredients and flavors—like juniper berries, gentian root, citrus peels, and rhubarb—sourced for purity, aroma, and flavor impact.
Step 2: Compounding
We compound these flavors into a water base with an eye toward flavor, texture, aromas and ‘booziness’.
Step 3: Precision Blending
Each recipe is layered for balance: bitter and sweet, bright and earthy. Sweetness (when used) comes from natural sweeteners like monk fruit and stevia
Step 4: Final Touches
Every batch is tested for quality and safety in a Clean Label Project Certified facility. The result? A bold, vibrant, zero-proof spirit that’s anything but watered down.

Where It All Began
Over 25 years ago, our founders began distilling craft spirits at Ransom in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. As mindful drinking took root, they saw a need for something more—something sophisticated and bold, without the alcohol.
