Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. However, in extreme cold weather conditions we suggest selecting 2 day shipping as product has an increased chance of being damaged during transit in extreme weather conditions. DHOS is a non-alcoholic spirit, which makes it susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March). We will hold shipments if temperatures are below 40.
Deliveries are made by UPS. Weekend delivery is unfortunately not possible.
Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partner at the time of shipping. This notification will include shipment tracking information.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@DhosSpirits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
